Is cannabis delivery legal in California?

Yes. Cannabis delivery is fully legal in California for adults 21+. Canna Lala is state-licensed (C9-0000724-LIC) and regulated by the California Department of Cannabis Control. We can deliver to any address in our service area, including cities that don’t allow physical dispensaries.

How fast is delivery?

We offer same-day delivery across all 29 cities in our service area. Delivery times vary based on your location and order volume, but most orders arrive within a few hours. You can track your driver in real-time through the app.

Do I need a medical card to order?

No. California allows recreational cannabis purchases for adults 21 and older. Just sign up, verify your age with a valid ID, and you’re ready to order. Medical customers are welcome too.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Tap to Pay. Payment is collected at delivery or through the app, depending on your selected method.

What's the difference between ordering through Canna Lala vs. Weedmaps or Leafly?

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order is out for delivery, you can track your driver’s location in real-time through the Canna Lala app. You’ll also receive notifications when your driver is approaching.

Are your delivery vehicles discreet?

Yes. Our drivers use unmarked vehicles and carry products in plain, unbranded packaging. Your privacy is important to us.

Should I tip my driver?

Tips are always appreciated but never required. Our drivers work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. You can tip in cash at delivery or through the app.

We deliver 7 days a week. Monday through Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
